After listening to the report of the members of the grain and oil team from January to May, Zhonglin affirmed the work of grain and oil, demanded that grain and oil should keep in good condition, further strengthen various work measures, and ensure the smooth completion of the target tasks for the whole year. He emphasized that we should focus on the following tasks: first, strengthening team building, cultivating high-quality talents and optimizing personnel structure; second, further speeding up the pace of reform, deepening the reform of corporate governance, management and control mode, and three system reforms; third, finding a correct strategic position, speeding up the pace of transformation and upgrading, fostering core competitiveness, expanding and strengthening the three major sectors; and fourth, accurate transportation. With "four forms" of supervision and discipline, we should guard against beforehand, strengthen the construction of the Party's style of work and a clean government, and strengthen supervision in all aspects; Fifth, we should focus on the objective responsibility at all times and work together to accomplish key tasks; Sixth, we should further implement cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, and there is still a lot of room for fine management; Seventh, we should strengthen the awareness of "red line" and bottom line thinking, and do a good job in safety production and in maintaining stability of visits.
